David has been practicing law since 1986 and has substantial litigation experience in both civil and criminal cases. As a trial lawyer, David has personally tried in excess of 300 jury trials to verdict, including cases involving murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, sexual assault, robbery, kidnapping, burglary, burglary of a vehicle, theft, aggravated assault, DWI, felony DWI and virtually every other offense in the Texas Penal Code.
He has recovered over one million dollars or more in the following types of civil cases: auto and truck accidents, wrongful death, general negligence, defective products, and insurance claims.
